sweet cherub

We met up at Wylie Park for this photo shoot. Hadnt been there in a while and I was reminded what a great place it is for pics. Oh my word this little guy is so cute, I had such fun with him. When I first met him he was just a couple of weeks old – look at that cherub face now, what a cutie!

What I love most about photographing kids is capturing their range of expressions. More challenging perhaps because you have to work fast to keep up with the little bodies, but so worth it for the end result. These little guys did not have to try at all at being cute, and dont you just love the brotherly love

a day at the beach

After days and days and days of rain and gloomy weather the sun graced us with her warm smile, just in time for a beach expedition! I first met up with this family about a year ago,so it was great to see some familiar faces again! Along with the sun came a ray of sunshine in the form of this mischievious sweetheart who, along with boundless enthusiasm and energy really did smile from start to stop – a photographers dream! No forced moments or contrived smiles, this was 100% natural, just the way it should be!

Justin and Cathy

Justin and Cathy were married at Granny Mouse on a cold and wet Saturday afternoon. The ceremony was beautiful, with a small and intimate gathering to witness the special occasion. As always, every wedding has a personality all of its own and this was no exception. Cosy giggles between happy newlyweds and a mischievous bridal party that kept us all laughing through the creative shoot were just some of the moments I took away from this day. I have a thing about walls, so when I found this one I was sublimely happy. Simple things Luckily, as chance would have it, I had kids in tow AND my camera. Cole loves kissing his sisters head, its so sweet.
